Scott was an amazing person to work with.  We purchased a duplex that was built in 1905, and there were so many issues that came up during our inspection process but Scott was so patient and helpful in identifying contractors and supportive of me getting multiple quotes for every issue.

If you’re a home buyer,
one of the first steps you’ll want to do is get 
… PRE-APPROVED! 

In the current market, it’s best to get “Pre-Approved” and not just “Pre-Qualified”.  Pre-Qualified is the first stage of the process where they run a credit check, and Pre-Approval is where you’ll you’ve already provided the lender with their checklist of docs such as W2s and bank statements. 

Below are a couple of lenders I highly recommend.  Some buyers like to explore options with a few different people to explore various possibilities. Each of them have their own special lending programs and so it’s good to compare. 

Give them a call and set up a face-to-face meeting if possible!
